Your option and your meeting point
The route, transportation, inclusions and return depend on the chosen plan. The meeting time is approximate and the guide coordinates the details. Not all hotels are pickup points.
Payments and availability
The quote confirms the amount and the deposit required per activity. The hold lasts a maximum of 30 minutes, subject to sales cutoff. A bank transfer with proof of payment may generate the voucher; it remains subject to bank reconciliation. The outstanding balance is paid upon boarding.
Travelers and extras
Ages 1 to 3 pay no fare and do not take a seat; from age 4, the adult rate applies. Participation in each activity may have its own restrictions. Cocoloco charges an additional pier fee of $20.000 per person from age 4; ages 1 to 3 are exempt.
Changes and cancellations
You can request changes of date, time and meetup subject to availability and advance notice. If the new price is higher, the difference is paid before the change is completed. Traveler changes are handled by the team.
The commercial policy is non-refundable for traveler cancellation. If DYK cancels due to weather, force majeure, or operations, you can choose to reschedule at no cost or request a full refund of what you paid. A no-show does not require paying the remaining balance.
These conditions do not limit the inalienable rights provided by law. Withdrawal requests, disputes or refunds that require reviewing their application are handled by the team before deciding on any retention.
Documents
The voucher certifies the booking and its conditions; it is not presented as a tax invoice. The original receipts remain private and are attached to the holder's document.
